Two Irish tourists are among 24 people who have been hurt in a bus crash in Barcelona in Spain.
It is understood 24 people were wounded when the vehicle crashed in the early hours of the morning.
The vehicle was reportedly taking passengers from the resort of Lloret de Mar to the airport.
Tourists from a number of countries are believed to have been on board, with three believed to been seriously injured.
Spanish, British, German, Polish, Belorussian and Lithuanian people were also among the passengers, according to local media reports.
A spokesperson for the department said it has not yet received any requests for consular assistance but is ready to provide support if required.
