A relative of one of the militants involved in the Charlie Hebdo attack in Paris has been put under formal investigation for ties to Islamic state.
Sources suggest Mourad Ham-yd is suspected of trying to travel to Syria to join the terrorist organisation.
He's a brother-in-law of Cherif Kou-achi - who shot dead 12 people along with his brother Said in January 2015 before they were both killed by police.
