The centre offers Penneys' only suburban Cork store and a range of leading international and national brands.

The shopping centre is anchored by Penneys and Tesco, with footfall of over 5.5 million per year.

The centre has almost 100% occupancy with a net operating income of approximately €5.54m.

Wilton Shopping Centre was constructed in 1979 and extended in 2003/2004.

It includes approximately 11,277 sq m (121,388 sq ft) of retail space, excluding the Tesco store, and stands on a site of around 11 acres.

It also houses more than 1,000 car-parking spaces.

Fergus O'Farrell of Savills said: "The unique combination of accessibility from across the city and suburbs, proximity to the two largest third level institutes and Cork University Hospital, and home to Penney's only suburban Cork store ensure that Wilton is a sustainably strong retail location with a diverse consumer base supporting the range of retailers within the scheme."
