The Coombe Maternity Hospital in Dublin has welcomed five Christmas babies so far today.
The first, Emily Dykes, was born at 1am this morning.
Emily's parents, Aiveen Dykes and Austin O'Dwyer, both live in Nass, Co Kildare.

Emily is Aiveen and Austin's first child.
The hospital says that both mother and baby 'are well and are happy'.
