Construction of Dublin's €100m 'reflector' building commences

Savills has announced that construction of 'The Reflector' building in Dublin's docklands has commenced.

The premise located on Hanover Quay and Grand Canal Dock will house 125,000 square foot of Grade A office space.

When completed the landmark office and residential building will enjoy some 75m of water frontage.

The €100m development is due to be completed in the thrid quarter of 2018 and it will accommodate more than 1,000 employees.

It will include 40 1-3 bedroom apartments and a single 3,500 sq.ft retail and restaurant unit.

Andrew Cunningham from Savills commented:
 
"The integration of The Reflector with the existing dock-front buildings will create dynamic new relationships between old and new within the waterfront context. The Reflector offers Grade A sustainable and energy efficient office space, fantastic natural light, and great views, making it a top class working environment."
