Dawson Street will close to vehicular traffic and cyclists between Duke Street and Nassau Street.

While traffic accessing Nassau Street from Dawson Street should take either:

  • Dawson Street, turn right onto Molesworth Street and left onto South Frederick Street
  • Or take a right on St Stephen's Green North at the Shelbourne Hotel onto Kildare Street, and take second left onto Molesworth Street and first right down South Frederick Street

However local access and all vehicles up to 3.5T can continue onward past the junction with Setanta Place, and turn right onto Nassau Street.

All other vehicles are to turn right onto Setanta Place and right again onto Kildare Street - and follow road around onto Merrion Row.

All traffic for Duke Street will be required to access Duke Street from Dawson Street.

However to exit, vehicles must turn onto Duke Lane and exit via South Anne Street.

Luas says commercial vehicles may exit via Grafton Street from 5.00am to 11.00am only.

While all pedestrian movements will remain as normal. Traffic diversion signage will also be in place for the duration of the works.
