FIFA president Sepp Blatter says he is committed to restoring credibility to world football's governing body.
The report into alleged corruption in the World Cup bidding process has dominated another turbulent year for FIFA and Blatter's leadership has often been questioned.
But he is due to stand for a fifth term in May's presidential election.
In FIFA's end-of-year statement, Blatter says it is up to him personally to make the body more credible again.
“Public opinion is important because football is the greatest game in the world; connecting people, giving emotions, passion and hope in this world, so it’s very important for me personally at the helm of football to restore credibility.”
