Getting on an airplane is not a particularly enjoyable experience.

Early starts, long queues, cramped conditions, stale air. It’s enough to want to make you take the ferry.

And that’s before we even get to the other passengers – a grimy, sloppy bunch of inconsiderates, giving you grief just because you wanted to (justifiably) use the reclining button that was included in your chair entirely for the purposes of reclining.

A collection of photographs on Facebook, Twitter and Instagram, taken by disgruntled flyers and accosted cabin crew, ‘Passenger Shaming’ could not be further away from the glamour of air travel.

So the next time you leave behind a half-eaten sandwich stuffed in your seat pocket, be prepared for thousands of people online to know that you’re disgusting.
