Gardaí are appealing witnesses after a man was stabbed in Dublin city centre last week.

Investigating officers says a 30-year-old man was attacked by a group of youths at around 11.30pm on Church Street on the night of Thursday October 27th.

The injured man presented himself at the Mater Hospital where he was treated for stab wounds.

His injuries are non life threatening.

Gardaí are appealing for witnesses to contact them, particularly anybody who was in the areas of Smithfield, Queen Street, Arran Quay and the Church Street between 11.15pm and 11.45pm last Thursday night.
